A’s Inn is a small inn and we do not have staff on standby at all times.
To ensure a smooth check-in and check-out, all guests are required to inform us of their:

Unannounced arrivals or departures may result in waiting time, as staff may not be immediately available on-site. We kindly ask for your cooperation to avoid any delays.
Bookings not arrived by 3:00 PM may be forfeited unless prior notice is given.
Late check-in beyond 8:00 PM will incur a ₱300 fee.

Q: Are you near the beach?
Yes, we’re just approximately 1-minute walk from the beach.
Q: What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am
Q: Are towels provided?
Yes, towels are provided in limited quantities based on group size (maximum of 4 per room).
Q: Do you have a kitchen?
Family & Barkada Rooms: with private kitchen
Standard Room: with common kitchen access
Budget Room: common kitchen access + ₱500/night fee
Q: Do we need to pay a downpayment?
Yes, a 50% downpayment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via GCash or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due in cash upon check-in. Downpayments are non-refundable.
Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Q: Is there a curfew?
No strict curfew, but we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low to respect others.
Q: Are kids free?
Children aged 5 and below stay free of charge, as long as valid proof of age is provided. A maximum of 2 children can stay for free per booking; the 3rd child onward will be charged the regular rate.
Q: Do you have a limit on the number of guests in a room?
We don't have a strict limit, as long as all guests are comfortable. However, additional charges apply for extra guests beyond the base rate without extra beds.
Policies and Rules
Only Family Room guests are allowed on the 3rd floor.
Unauthorized access will result in a ₱2,000 penalty.
Guests will be charged a minimum of ₱1,000, with the final amount depending on the severity and extent of the damage, for any of the following:
Damaged or missing items
Misuse of appliances
Stains on walls, bedding, or furniture
A ₱1,000 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys.
A ₱1,000 cleaning fee will be charged if the room or common areas are left excessively dirty or untidy.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur the following fees:
• 12:00 noon – ₱500
• 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm– ₱800
• Beyond 1:30 pm – Charged as an additional night stay
To avoid any charges, please check out on time or inform us in advance to request possible arrangements.
• Rebooking if requested 14 days or more before check-in (One-time only, subject to availability and rate difference)
• ₱1,000 fee if requested 7–13 days before check-in
• ₱2,500 fee if requested 3–6 days before check-in
• ₱3,000 fee if requested 1–2 days before check-in
• No rebooking allowed on the day of check-in. Payment will be forfeited.
Notes:
• Rebooking must be within 2 months of original date
• Only one rebooking allowed
• Rate difference applies, especially for peak season
The downpayment serves to secure your reservation and prevent cancellations. Please note that all downpayments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The number of guests (pax) confirmed and paid for at the time of reservation cannot be reduced after payment.
• Additional guests may be added, subject to room capacity and payment of the corresponding fees.
• All changes must be declared and settled before check-in.
By settling the downpayment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and regulations set by the property.
